Cancellation Policy

At Valhalla Glamping, we value the trust and commitment our guests place in us. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances might necessitate changes in plans, we have a structured cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness to all.

A Gentle Reminder:

Being an active farming family, our daily schedules are filled with tasks critical to our farm’s operations. Any changes to bookings can potentially disrupt our workflow. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, we aim to strike a balance between accommodating our guests’ needs and ensuring the smooth running of our farm. Trust that we will always endeavour to be as understanding and flexible as circumstances allow.

Cancellations before 28 days:

If you cancel your reservation more than 28 days before your scheduled stay, you are entitled to a refund or credit for your booking. Please note a $50 administration fee will be deducted from the amount.


Cancellations within 28 days:

Should you cancel within 28 days of your planned stay we will make efforts to rebook your stay for another date. If we are unsuccessful and your stay is completely cancelled all funds already paid are non-refundable. If we are able to re-let the dates for the period cancelled, then you are entitled to a refund or credit minus a $100 charge.

All cancellations must be received via email from the email address linked to the original reservation.

Bookings for peak periods require 60 days’ notice of cancellation or all funds will be forfeited.


A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation and is subject to the same conditions as mentioned previously.
